Student Perspective: 2017 Chritmas Shoebox Appeal

Our school are very proud to have completed yet another year of the Christmas Shoebokx Appeal. We had another successful year of providing Christmas shoeboxes for Team Hope. Team Hope is an Irish, Christian charity, working with children, families and communities mainly across Eastern Europe who find themseleves in extreme poverty.

Class 2A3, with the help of teachers and students collected over 200 shoeboxes that were full of useful things for children such as: body wash, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste. Copybooks pens, pencils and markers. Hats, scarves, gloves and socks

The shoeboxes also included a fun item such as: sweets, teddy bears, colouring books and makeup.

St. Josephs are very proud to have completed yet another year of the Christmas shoebox appeal!
